We (by the grace of God) have curated a series of trainings called InHer Garden, a hybrid business accelerator and conference featuring incredible women and men who are purpose-driven entrepreneurs.

These thought-leaders and wisdom holders will take a deep dive in 6 areas of interest with a focus on purpose, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Learn their stories, the strategies that helped them cultivate a successful business and how you can thrive as you pursue your calling. Through authentic conversations they’ll deliver real tools, tactics and strategies to grow your business!

Lean in and learn from today’s leaders. This is an experience you do not want to miss!

About Us

Program Details

intimate experience

The InHer Garden cohort hosts only 30 students and 3 dedicated mentors. This model allows us to foster deep relationships, rich diversity, visibility to each entrepreneurs journey. There are plenty of interaction opportunities in our weekly calls and an online community, which really brings the group together and creates a safe learning place.

God’s call to entrepreneurship and business ownership isn’t always clear. We’ll meet you where you are, no matter the season.

Timing

Each module starts on Monday with a new content library and ends next Tuesday with peer feedback. This ensures that the InHer Garden cohorts move through the program together simultaneously, helping each other along the way, and benefiting from group discussions.

  • The course consists of videos, live lectures, and additional course materials. Each week, you’ll receive around 50-70 minutes of video material, a weekly assignment, and materials for further exploration. Some chapters include additional frameworks or tools.

  • There are no grades in InHer Garden. Every student joins the program with the best intention of learning about business and increasing their confidence. So, we rather focus on giving you feedback, which is fuel for your growth and impact.

To receive the InHer Garden certificate, you must hand in six assignments by their respective deadlines.

  • There are four tools used in InHer Garden. For written communication, we use Slack and for video conferencing, we use Zoom. To distribute the course content, you'll get access to a private Google Drive folder. Lastly, we will also use Miro to share assignments and useful templates.

No tool requires additional investment from students.

Admissions

To ensure the high quality of the learning experience, we currently run only two intakes per year. One in spring (Apr–May) and one in autumn (Oct–Nov).

To reserve your spot in the upcoming session, you need to go through the application process, which helps us ensure we find candidates that are a good fit. During the process, you will also have the chance to get your questions about the program answered by the IHGI team.

Our application process consists of 3 steps.

1. Fill out the application form

2. Have a call with the IHGI team

3. Book your spot in an intake
